1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "you") and romaph ("romaph," "we," "us," "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming website located at romaph.org and all associated subdomains, mobile web interfaces, and applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the romaph website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with romaph's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the romaph Platform. Your continued use of romaph following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2 Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the romaph Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

1. You are a natural person aged 21 years or older, as required by applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming;
2. You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal or otherwise prohibited by local law;
3. You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of romaph or any of its affiliates, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
4. You have not previously been self-excluded or excluded by romaph from the Platform;
5. You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person or entity;
6. You have the full legal capacity to enter into and be bound by these Terms under the laws applicable to you.

romaph currently serves players in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all laws, regulations, and ordinances applicable in your location. romaph makes no representations as to the legality of its services in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.

3 Account Registration & Verification

Each eligible individual may register only one (1) account on romaph. The existence of multiple accounts registered to the same individual — whether using the same or different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your:

• Full legal name (as it appears on a government-issued Philippine ID);
• Valid email address;
• Philippine mobile number;
• Date of birth;
• Residential address within the Philippines.

You agree to update your registration information promptly if any details change. romaph reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where the information provided is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete.

Prior to processing withdrawals, romaph will require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This process requires you to submit a valid, unexpired Philippine government-issued ID (such as a passport, driver's license, SSS card, UMID, PhilHealth ID, or Voter's ID) and, in some cases, a selfie holding the ID and proof of residential address. KYC is mandatory and non-negotiable — no withdrawal will be processed from an unverified account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. romaph will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your login information. Any suspected unauthorized access must be reported to romaph support immediately.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Currency

All transactions on the romaph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). romaph does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider (e.g., your bank, GCash, or Maya) may apply their own transaction charges which are beyond romaph's control.

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction;
• Deposits made via GCash, Maya, and InstaPay are generally credited to your romaph wallet within minutes of confirmation;
• Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank) may take longer depending on the sending bank's processing schedule;
• romaph reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit if we have reasonable grounds to believe it is connected to fraud, money laundering, or another prohibited activity.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods previously used to fund the account, subject to applicable limits and KYC requirements;
• romaph reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where unusual activity is detected;
• Withdrawal requests will generally be processed within the time frames stated on the withdrawal page, but romaph does not guarantee processing times where delays arise from third-party payment processors or banking systems;
• romaph reserves the right to apply a reasonable administrative fee for withdrawal requests that are made with unusual frequency or in patterns inconsistent with genuine gameplay.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

romaph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated at the point of promotion.

• Bonus funds are credited to your account separately from real-money funds and must be wagered a specified number of times ("wagering requirement") before any withdrawal is permitted;
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus funds are specified in each individual promotion — always read the specific promotion terms before opting in;
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games typically contribute at a different rate than slots. Game contribution percentages are set out in the relevant promotion terms;
• romaph reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players;
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus systems — including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once — will result in cancellation of all bonus balances and potential account suspension;
• Bonus offers are intended for recreational players only. romaph reserves the right to limit or exclude any player from specific promotions at its sole discretion.

6 Game Rules, Fairness & Technical Issues

romaph offers games supplied by licensed third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Fa Chai, SA Gaming, and others. Each game is governed by its own set of rules published within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing wagers.

All RNG-based games hosted on romaph use certified random number generation technology from their respective providers. Game outcomes are independently verified and romaph does not and cannot influence the outcome of any certified game round.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error during gameplay, romaph's policy is as follows:

• If a bet was placed and accepted prior to a disconnection, the result will stand as recorded by romaph's servers;
• If a technical failure prevents a game round from completing properly, romaph reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the staked amount to the player's account;
• romaph is not liable for losses arising from network failures, internet outages, or device issues on the player's end;
• Any apparent malfunction that results in a payout that was not intended (e.g., a game displaying an incorrect payout amount due to a software error) will be voided. Payments made in error are not legally binding and must be returned to romaph.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the romaph Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all associated balances forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with any game or feature on romaph;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or calculation errors in any game;
• Collusion with other players or romaph staff to gain an unfair advantage;
• Any form of money laundering, structuring, or using romaph to process proceeds of unlawful activity;
• Attempting to deposit or withdraw funds using payment accounts that do not belong to you;
• Registering more than one account on romaph, whether under your own name or another person's identity;
• Sharing your account with another person or allowing another person to wager using your account;
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification;
• Attempting to reverse or dispute legitimate transactions in bad faith through your bank or payment provider (chargebacks);
• Any other conduct that romaph reasonably determines to be dishonest, fraudulent, or harmful to the integrity of the Platform.

8 Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, game assets, software, code, text, graphics, and other materials on the romaph Platform are the exclusive property of romaph or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the romaph Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from romaph without prior written consent from romaph or the relevant rights holder.

Third-party game assets, logos, and trademarks displayed on romaph remain the property of their respective owners (e.g., Evolution Gaming, JILI, Pragmatic Play). Their presence on the Platform does not imply any affiliation or endorsement beyond the existing provider licensing arrangements.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

romaph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the requirements of Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Philippines). By registering on romaph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10 Responsible Gaming

romaph is committed to promoting responsible gaming. All players are strongly encouraged to treat gambling as a form of entertainment and to set personal limits on time and money spent on the Platform. The following tools are available to all registered romaph players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts from your account settings;
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive prompts after extended gaming sessions to take breaks;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and be excluded from receiving marketing communications from romaph. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the minimum exclusion period.

romaph strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction on all accounts. We do not knowingly permit underage gambling and will act on any reasonable suspicion that an account is held by a minor.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, romaph, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses;
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security;
• Interruptions, delays, or errors caused by third-party payment processors, telecommunications providers, or internet service providers;
• Any game outcome or wagering result, including malfunctions handled in accordance with Section 6 of these Terms.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, romaph's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the Platform in the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant incident.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

12 Suspension & Termination of Accounts

romaph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where romaph has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• Your account has been accessed without authorization or is suspected to be compromised;
• You have engaged in or are suspected of engaging in any form of fraud, collusion, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 7;
• Your account activity is inconsistent with legitimate recreational gambling;
• You are in a jurisdiction where romaph's services are not permitted.

Upon closure of your account for breach of these Terms, romaph reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where no breach is ultimately established, any legitimate balance will be returned to you.

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting romaph support. All pending wagers will be settled in accordance with normal game rules. Your personal data will be retained after account closure in accordance with romaph's Privacy Policy and applicable legal obligations.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and romaph arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through romaph's internal complaint resolution process. To initiate a complaint, contact romaph customer support with full details of the dispute.

If the dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authorities or courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

For disputes relating specifically to game outcomes or technical malfunctions, romaph's decision, made in good faith and in accordance with the game provider's certified rules, shall be final and binding subject to any rights you may have under Philippine consumer protection law.

14 Amendments to These Terms

romaph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, romaph will provide notice through one or more of the following: a notice on the romaph homepage, an in-account notification, or an email to your registered address. Non-material amendments may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of the romaph Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is shown in the "Last Updated" badge at the top of this page. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
